Wales Bird Aderyn Rhiannon

Martin Daws publishing, £10.00

How to make a live show into a book? How to transpose a living, raucous, multiplicitous thing into a reproducible legacy? As the Acknowledgements state, Wales Bird: Aderyn Rhiannon is a book of the show which originally toured as Dylan Live/Dylan ar Daith. This is, however, only the second half of the book. The first half is composed of two forewords, one Welsh and one English, and a bilingual essay on Dylan Thomas by Daniel G. Williams, who also performed in the show.
